Frequently asked questions
- Who coaches the sessions?
- Players aged 14 and up from your own league. They are the older kids your child already sees at the field, not strangers.
- Who are the sessions for?
- Players aged 7 to 12 in the same league.
- Does my child need their own account?
- No. A parent holds the account and manages everything, on both the booking side and the coaching side. Kids do not hold accounts.
- How does payment work?
- Booking and payment happen in the app, between the two parents' accounts. Money never goes to a minor directly.
- Is Sproach run by my league?
- No. Sproach is an independent company and is not operated by, affiliated with, or endorsed by any league, club, or sports organization.
- How do I bring Sproach to my league?
- Start with the Register your league button above. Once your league is approved, the League administrators videos walk through the rest of the setup.
- Something went wrong with a session. What now?
- Raise it with your league administrator, who can review the booking and open a dispute in the app.
